The Eye 3

The Eye 3 Review

The Eye 3 (sometimes called "The Eye 10) is very different tone marketed in the previous two films. It 's a horror comedy about a group of bored teenagers who spend the summer in order to apply to the side. Although some scenes really creepy ghost and purili much of the slapstick comedy show. None of the characters of previous films, or will be in it.

Fans of the first two films of the eyes should not expect to see a similar offense, whetherPurchase this video. If you are the kind of horror fans who can see the humor in a breakdance Ghul, and you can forgive a few fart jokes, then you can enjoy the Eye 3

The Eye 3 Overview

Some believe that our world is one of many, that our existence is merely an intersection between countless dimensions - known and unknown. We run into strangers we don't see, hear tunes we don't hear. Most of us remain ignorant, But there are always those who are a little different, they would risk everything to find the truth if not the thrill - that is, to see the other side - just once in their lives. In the world of psychics, despite widely different rites and practices, there exists a single mutual; void - the Rite of Eight - the last and most powerful resort to make contact with the spiritual world. No one seems to know its origin but no one doubts its authenticity, because , just like any other unsolvable myth, those who go there have never returned to testify...

Hostel - The Director's Cut [Blu-ray]

Hostel - The Director's Cut [Blu-ray] Review

Hostel is hands down my favorite horror movie torture of the new millennium. The scary thing about this film is that this could really happen. Reality always adds charm and horror factor in horror films, video games, etc. The directors had the idea for Hostel him as a friend by email when a page is really a murder-for-profit in Thailand ... what is "fragmented" in Director's Cut featurettes. Sun Fan Hostel The Director's Cut only oneMUST HAVE!

Even in Europe you live as well as other foreign countries during the growth, I can not image that happen to clueless backpackers trekking their way through unknown territory, language, and where people can care less if you are an American or not . You may think that you feel right (like many Americans) when traveling in a foreign country - but you / we do not.

Bottom line: People are Effing sick, and things like this happens inreal life every day, anywhere in the world - is simply not shown in the open for all to see. Hostel only "slices and nuts', cooks, in fact all that together and you are the first in a small package of meat. If you enjoyed this movie a low rating was because it could not cope with the peak of history and reality of extreme violence. It 'so simple. 5 stars!

Hostel - The Director's Cut [Blu-ray] Overview

Studio: Sony Pictures Home Ent Release Date: 10/23/2007 Run time: 94 minutes Rating: Ur

Hostel - The Director's Cut [Blu-ray] Specifications

Well-made for the genre--the excessive-skin-displayed-before-gruesome-bloody-torture-begins genre--Hostel follows two randy Americans (Jay Hernandez, Friday Night Lights, and Derek Richardson, Dumb and Dumberer: When Harry Met Lloyd) and an even randier Icelander (Eythor Gudjonsson) as they trek to Slovakia, where they're told beautiful girls will have sex with anyone with an American accent. Unfortunately, the girls will also sell young Americans to a company that offers victims to anyone who will pay to torture and murder. To his credit, writer/director Eli Roth (Cabin Fever) takes his time setting things up, laying a realistic foundation that makes the inevitable spilling of much blood all the more gruesome. The sardonic joke, of course, is that Americans are worth the most in this brothel of blood because everyone else in the world wants to take revenge upon them. This dark humor and political subtext help set Hostel above its more brainless sadistic compatriots, like House of Wax or The Devil's Rejects. In general, though, there's something lacking; horror used to suggest some threat to the spirit--today's horror can conceive of nothing more troubling than torturing the flesh. For aficionados, Hostel features a nice cameo by Takashi Miike, director of bloody Japanese flicks like Audition and Ichi the Killer. --Bret Fetzer

Sherlock Holmes Collection Volume 3 (Dressed to Kill/In Pursuit to Algiers/Terror By Night/The Woman in Green)

Sherlock Holmes Collection Volume 3 (Dressed to Kill/In Pursuit to Algiers/Terror By Night/The Woman in Green) Review

Basil Rathbone is one of two players in the history of cinema Holmes (Jeremy Brett is the other). And it was absolutely brilliant in good form in "Sherlock Holmes Collection Volume 3", which ranges from just okay.

"Dressed to Kill" is a friend of Watson (Nigel Bruce) Holmes tells of a bizarre crime - a man in his house and stole a box of useless music a valuable collection. Then the man is murdered - and three small boxes plain music is the key toSolution a sophisticated secret.

"Terror by Night" Holmes has been hired to look after a valuable diamond belonging to a wealthy woman when she travels back to Scotland. Of course, replaced the stolen diamond and the woman's son is killed in the attempt, and now Holmes discovers that the murderess is an old enemy.

"The Woman in Green" deals with a serial killer - four women died, and each time was removed with the finger. The police believe that there is only a baffling series of crimes, butHolmes knows best - and he suspects that his old man, apparently dead nemesis Moriarty (Henry Daniell) involved.

Finally there's "In Search of Algiers, was killed in the King Raven - and now his son is in danger. On the way home, the young king pretends to be a relative of Watson - but Holmes still has to protect against a range of potential murderers.

These were some of the latest Holmes adventures based not (or often vaguely) Is based on the works of Arthur Conan Doyle. But even the weakest ("Dressed to Kill") is still a pleasant mystery, with some funny moments and unexpected twists. I'm just not as bright as Doyle, that's all.

It is written on a solid and staged, with many interesting settings, from the claustrophobic train in Scotland for a company hypnotists'. And the filmmakers cast some wonderful surprises, like a switcheroo Holmes plays his enemy "of terrorismNight. "

Rathbone is still best known for playing Holmes, and does it well - cool, cerebral, but with a gentle humor and warmth in the scenes, how to save the child. Bruce is not as good as the situation presents itself as a bumbler Watson-friendly, but showed a solid enough job with a bad temper.

"The Sherlock Holmes Collection Volume 3" is a bit 'less solid than the other collections, but have done much good. Definitely worth seeing.

Sherlock Holmes Collection Volume 3 (Dressed to Kill/In Pursuit to Algiers/Terror By Night/The Woman in Green) Overview

The master detective Sherlock Holmes (Basil Rathbone) and his faithful cohort Dr. Watson (Nigel Bruce) are back, preserved and digitally restored in 35mm to original condition by the UCLA Film and Television Archive. This newly restored version of the classic film includes the period war bond tag, studio logo and credits from its original theatrical release. The Chair Review

I liked the CHAIR, simply because it offered something different and interesting as a plot. I mean, a ghost story of a killer of children than the year 1906, hypnotized by a hypnotist at death? Then he said killer turns one hundred years later, in possession of wife (Alanna Chisholm), which moves in his old house? I love it! Not to mention the torture implementation of Title, which is brilliant, because it is demonic (the specific nature, it actually worksfor real)! A beautiful, creepy, cruel little creepers ...

Rest Stop (R-Rated Edition)

Rest Stop (R-Rated Edition) Review

For the money this horror fan, Rest Stop is a gritty, bloody thrill ride is well worth seeing. Yes, the story has a problem, but I really do not understand all the vitriol in this direction juicy little film. You have a killer who has honed his craft in such dimensions as the exquisite Rest Stop Killer of respect, this guy has to enjoy physical and mental torture for a freaking science, every minute heroin prolonged torture. He leaves the scene over and over again in all, confident that his prey is under his complete control in every absence. While helping the fact that our heroine poor fool is not exactly the sharpest knife in the drawer, but I give great praise to our bad. I do not think I've ever been a murderess, as coined by taste, but this guy is in abundance. I do not care how unoriginal and sometimes stereotypical, the film was, I liked everything. However, critics have some valid points. The addition of a specificFamily history was a painful decision evil that exits as shameless pandering, while some elements potentially misleading denounced the action as a serious plot holes by some - although I believe that their inclusion and the lack of a final declaration includes the real effective depth to the story. Those who pack their horror movie, everything does not end with Scooby Doo, as expected, but I see no reason why not leave a horror movie, you can speculate about someunanswered questions.

The basic story is pretty simple. Young Nicole Carrow (Jaimie Alexander) runs in California with her boyfriend Jess (Joey Mendicino) - but have never done. At one point on the road, the need for Nicole to their needs both lands parked ugliest and most remote parts of the world. Showing great courage, Nicole can actually do their internal affairs, but there's Jess and no car waiting for her when she comes out again. As the hours andThe minutes pass, you wonder and amazement to Jess in the left deep concern, and then their worst fears seem to be the threatening presence of a mysterious man be confirmed in an old yellow truck - the same man and truck on a series of threatening graffiti contributions referred to (return a number of years) on the bathroom stalls. Nicole's Night has a series of gruesome, borderline-crazy twists and turns, but the overwhelming one constant is the killer's murderous intent charged, poor painGirls.

At one point, Nicole has to interact with the families of the strange world in a camper, and the film suffers greatly for the inclusion of this scene. And 'patently ridiculous and really bothers stress and tension of the film has built up to this point. It 'very unfortunate, because playing Nicole interaction with some other characters throughout their ordeal so well. Here I take a moment to praise and Joey Lawrence for his performance, I knew he could act,but I thought it was great in this film. I am also responsible for some words more DVD extras. In general, there is never a good thing for a movie to come up with alternate endings, let alone three of them, because their very presence on the DVD gives the impression that the director has never been quite sure how to end the film. You can at least take solace in the fact that he chose the best extensions available for the film itself, since none of the three alternate endings worksIn addition to all, in my opinion. Personally, I would not have included on the DVD. Other extras include a presentation of the "crime scene" photos and a video at home of a member of the family RV. Apparently, this small film have an influence on some of the open questions of the film, but what else is really stupid.

At the end we have a route, not the original movie cliche - but I think it works surprisingly well despite this handicap. Obviously, a significantNumber of viewers disagree with me on this issue. I ask that not only this film out of hand, because to reject all the negative reviews. Even if you have not seen this type of questions before playing history of horror films, nothing can stop, referring to an environment around them. It is not fear, but I had a good time watching them.

Rest Stop (R-Rated Edition) Overview

Jess is at the wheel. Nicole rides shotgun. And at the end of the road stretching before them is glittering, glamorous Hollywood. They're on a road trip, all right...straight to hell. When the runaway lovers pause at an abandoned rest stop, Jess disappears. And someone else appears - someone with his own demented sense of fun. With drills. Staple guns. Box cutters. All the tearing, grinding, ripping tools you need to hew wood. Or metal. Or people. Especially young, pretty people just like Nicole. Raw fear rules in Rest Stop, the first film from Raw Feed, the newest brand name in horror, sci-fi and thrillers. Director John Shiban, writer and executive producer of The X-Files and Supernatural, keeps the terrors and twists coming, each out-shocking the last. Stop. Stay awhile. But don't expect to rest.

Rest Stop (R-Rated Edition) Specifications

Considering that Rest Stop comes courtesy director John Shiban, an X-Files and Star Trek staff writer, one would expect this horror film to contain a kernel of originality, but unfortunately it is a poor conflation of Wolf Creek, Joyride, and Texas Chainsaw Massacre, among others. Nicole Carrow (Jaimie Alexander) and Jess Hilts (Joey Mendocino) are young, hopeful actors taking a road trip to Hollywood, though neither reaches their final destination. A psychotic pick-up truck driver dominates the rest stop they pull off at, often maiming his victims by hitting them with his truck, then dragging them off onto a school bus where he tortures them with drills, pincers, saws, branding irons, knives, and other tools. Jess disappears early in the film, leaving Nicole to fend for herself, often by locking herself in the dingy rest stop restroom, or by running to avoid being hit by the truck. After her attempt to call a sheriff ends in the sheriff's death, Nicole's prospects for survival dim. Graphic scenes are indeed horribly disgusting, but the torture methods are so clichéd that one wishes for more psychology behind the killer's methods to actually scare. A random scene in which Nicole hitches a ride in a motorhome with some Bible-thumping freaks further pushes the film into clichéd territory. Since Rest Stop fails to fully develop the killer or the victims' characters, it is difficult to empathize with them. Even Nicole, rendered powerless from the outset, lacks the personality to entertain through this full-length feature in which so little happens besides hunt-kill, hunt-kill. --Trinie Dalton

Alive or Dead Review

I am a bit 'surprised with the reviews real negative of this film was. I've seen much worse. I'm glad I rented this movie because I really enjoyed it. Yes, there is much in this film that makes absolutely no sense, but i found the atmosphere to be very scary and I thought it was good for a B-movie horror, especially with things Some other recently been published. I was not bored watching this movie and felt it moved along a reasonably good pace that isimportant to me, I hate it when you watch a movie for 80 minutes and it looks like three hours. I would like this 3 stars, but does not deserve to give only one star, so I'm a star more for this reason. Renting and give him a chance.

The Stephen King Collection (Pet Sematary Special Collector's Edition / The Dead Zone Special Collector's Edition / Graveyard Shift / Silver Bullet) Review

If you like Brad Dourif work Graveyard Shift is for you. I really enjoyed this film as the exterminator. Has a certain over-the-top hand for power, which makes it indespensible an actor in any role to be played with intensity.

He made many important screen appearances in The X-Files, Alien 4, "Exorcist III" as the Gemini Killer (1990) and Grima Wormtongue in Peter Jackson's Lord of the Rings (and many others). His only actStyle that all these films special to me.

The Stephen King Collection (Pet Sematary Special Collector's Edition / The Dead Zone Special Collector's Edition / Graveyard Shift / Silver Bullet) Overview

With the Stephen King Collection, fans can own 4 of his best films in a spine-tingling, horror-filled 4-disc Collection. Collection includes Pet Semetary SCE, The Dead Zone SCE, Silver Bullet, and Graveyard Shift.

The Stephen King Collection (Pet Sematary Special Collector's Edition / The Dead Zone Special Collector's Edition / Graveyard Shift / Silver Bullet) Specifications

The Stephen King Collection, a box set of four films, Graveyard Shift, The Dead Zone, Silver Bullet, and Pet Sematary, is great in that it provides viewers with a full range of King movies, from the truly eerie to the terrible. The set's two finest movies, The Dead Zone, directed by David Cronenberg and starring Christopher Walken, and Pet Sematary--arguably King's finest story adapted to film--both come as Special Collector's Editions, with excellent bonus material, including lengthy interviews with both Stephen King and the directors. Pet Sematary, shot in King's home territory, Maine, tells the story of city slickers Rachel and Louis Creed (Denise Crosby, Dale Midkiff), who move to the country to raise their daughter, Ellen, in peace. They learn that they've relocated onto a trucking thoroughfare, and Ellen consequently loses her pet cat. The plot quickly riffs out into mystical, traumatic territory. Louis's neighbor Jud Crandall takes Louis to ancient Indian burial grounds, where the dead are reanimated. The Creeds's zombie cat sparks this Frankenstein-ian adventure, pitting urban settings against rural, and the horrific against the pastoral. Pet Sematary looks more and more like Hitchcock, thanks to director Mary Lambert's careful attention to detail. The low point in the set is Graveyard Shift, a washed-up story about a cotton factory that's not only infested by carnivorous rats, but also hosts a dragon/pterodactyl. As night-shift employees get continuously munched, Bachman Mills' owner Mr. Warwick is forced to clean up squalid conditions, for which he hires a basement clean-up crew. Crew members are slaughtered as they try to combat their discovered behemoth, and grizzly scenes showing rats, humans, and the beast's head being chewed up in the cotton gin reduce Graveyard Shift to schlock gore. One is reminded of the intricacies involved in adapting books to film. As King has managed to be an integral part of his film projects, there are still successes and failures. All the movies in this set, though, still bear King's trademark, a love for "supernatural deadfall." --Trinie Dalton

The Wickeds Review

I think many of the other reviewers of this film was expected too, and when they saw actually tried to write a serious film in the eye model, and not with bad b-movie template, to see it. The film takes seriously, because you think it would be a difficult entry into the horror genre?

And 'the dollar the day Kmart Art Film. Children are expected to be a horror movie to celebrate for the weekend. What horror movie you've ever seenUsed store bought Halloween decorations and props? Even make-up zombies, is that clown stuff fat white face paint.

The acting is bad. Oscar is not standard, there is such poor quality porn ... Oh wait! Porn legend Ron "creepy" Jeremy is in this scene! But this type of action for this type of movie! It 's all high school type drama class act ... crying with lots of wrought iron and squeak.

As for editing ... There are many errors, butManufacturers do not care! It adds to the fun of the movie to pick out the errors. It is a scene to identify in a bedroom in the house ... but rotated by the camera shot, the couple seems to take clothes and put them on. A shot of the boy has his jeans to the next ... is gone, the next one back on. In another scene a zombie breaks into the house, a girl runs away from home ... the camera and his followers for a while she runs away screaming ... but now back onHouse of the cut, the boys jumping zombies in the house ... but the background you can see the girls back out the door .... again!

This film was only to be enjoyed rot. It takes seriously is knowing everything, is not a classic, it's just a bad b-movie ... and that makes it a good B-Movie!

The Rape of the Vampire Review

An original, subversive and daring improvised film that speaks better than any film Rollin about his peculiar conception of cinema: a mixture of gothic horror imagery, surrealism political, romantic and sexy dark comedy pulp aesthetic, and supported in experiments and camera performance. The film is a collage of images Estructura thought to his favorite painter, Clovis Trouille solution, which allows him to mix the majority of speakers who havehis ambiguous relationship with imagination and talent romantic Gothic tradition with cutting-edge concepts and experiments. Ie: the poetry of Tristan Corbiere Oniric, the sexy Shocker surrealist Georges Bataille, the movie provocative and anti-clerical of Luis Bunuel, the Bizarre and pulp melodrama style of Gaston Leroux and the poetic realism of Jacques Prevert. The image is shown as two-part film, the working conditions of the boy before bending or keyholevampire story surreal. An amoral, playful and non-narrative image Vampire, half romantic, half-conceptual and experimental at all.

The Rape of the Vampire Overview

Cult director Jean Rollin's first feature mixes existentialism and vampirism with the added ingredient of chaos. Originally made as a short, it was expanded to feature length with the dead cast inexplicably returning to life half-way through (having been killed off at the end of the original). That said, "Le Viol du Vampire" is a masterpiece of the bizarre, mixing blood, a naked woman in a convertible, coffins and some fencing, semi-naked nymphs in a fragmented melee.

Masters of Horror - Deer Woman

Masters of Horror - Deer Woman Review

May contain spoilers.

John Landis directed this episode of "Masters of Horror" and I must say, though horror is low, is still very funny, especially thanks to great performance by Brian Benben, the buxom beauty of silence "Deer Woman Cinthia Moura, the abundance of humor and Gore is added for good measure. The story is this:

Detective Dwight Faraday (Benben) investigates a series of bizarre and gruesome murders. All the victims appear to be violated by some animal flesh, hoof prints are detected, the carnage as deer hair, but because of the location of the murder scenes, this seems highly unlikely, and all victims are seen in the company of a beautiful Native American woman before her disappearance chaotic. He leads the detectives to try to understand the various possible scenarios, and ridiculous, a Native American told him the story of the legendary Mrs. Hirsch, a powerful mythical creature, half woman, ishalf deer. She seduces men with her beauty and mystical powers, and when you enter a state of agitation, is trampled to death with its hooves of deer. Sounds pretty ridiculous, and it is. One would expect something like a skit from MADtv. Entertaining? Yes Horror? Not really. However, John Landis mixes in some humor moments full of tension, and there are some pretty ugly scenes autopsy, not for the squeamish. But just as a horror film, never fails to attract you or freak you outepic as Landis' American Werewolf in London Special Edition ", but an hour long movie short delivery. Not the best of the series, but as a whole, is always fun, with fascinating characters and fantasy and is certainly one of the most fun in uneven catalog of Moh. Recommended

Masters of Horror - Deer Woman Overview

Detective Dwight Faraday (Brian Benben) is a burntout cop demoted to the ‘weird calls’ desk until a series of bizarre murders suddenly grabs his attention: Several men killed by massive blunt force trauma while in a state of sexual arousal, all last seen in the company of a sexy Native American woman (Cinthia Moura). But when it’s discovered that these corpses were trampled into hamburger by what appear to be hooves, Faraday must hunt a killer who may not be totally human. Will one cynical cop be caught like a deer in the headlights or has a horrifying seductress risen from legend to slaughter the horny? Anthony Griffith co-stars in this erotic horror comedy co-written and directed by John Landis (ANIMAL HOUSE,THE BLUES BROTHERS) and featuring grisly gore effects by Gregory Nicotero & Howard Berger (KILL BILL, LAND OF THE DEAD, CHRONICLES OF NARNIA).

The Twilight Zone: Eye of the Beholder/ Living Doll [VHS] Review

Your heart kind of goes Telly Savalas in Living Doll. As for the no-good creep of a stepfather who is should feel bad for this guy as he is overcome by a doll, Talky Tina. The doll is almost like he is, and this is very last scene, at the end of the stairs in the living room. Most of the ambivalent feelings of the viewer feels is the result of innovative Bermard Herrmann score. It 'a quality that childhood abuse and both teases and Telly Savalasthe viewer. The Twilight Zone: Eye of the Beholder/ Living Doll [VHS] Overview

Living Doll, one of The Twilight Zone's scariest episodes, written by Charles Beaumont, stars Telly Savalas as a mean-spirited man who makes a pint-sized enemy in his stepdaughter's new and very protective doll, Talky Tina (June Foray, the venerable Queen of Cartoons, who is best known as the voice of Rocket J. Squirrel). He thinks after tossing her in the garbage can that he's seen the last of Tina. But then the telephone rings: "My name is Talky Tina ... and I'm going to kill you." This video also includes one of Rod Serling's best episodes, the thoughtful The Eye of the Beholder, in which unseen plastic surgeons labor intensively to make their desperate female patient look "normal." This is one of three must-own volumes of vintage Twilight Zone episodes released to commemorate this timeless series' 40th anniversary. Tape 1 features the video premiere of The After Hours (the one with the mannequins) and Time Enough at Last starring Burgess Meredith as the post-apocalyptic bookworm. Tape 3 features the alien-in-a-diner puzzler Will the Real Martian Please Stand Up, as well as the signature episode To Serve Man, which TV Guide rightfully ranked as one of TV's top 100 episodes of all time. --Donald Liebenson

This film was an interesting gender for the werewolf to take. I liked it. The problem was that the whole middle half of the film is dark, and I mean you can not see. When the film begins, we see great looking landscapes in Scotland with the fog, and think, Wow, the atmosphere ... and the sun. Too bad, because all the young actors have a good job, regardless of the strong accents, sometimes I scratch my head to ask for what you just said. Sometimes Ifly into a black screen with this high level of rigidity Scottish and F-word is the only thing I could take! In the bonus features showed the production of sets fresh castle to the future, there are none and to say how much it costs nothing, and you see virtually nothing on the screen! Elvira's Movie Macabre: Count Dracula's Great Love

Elvira's Movie Macabre: Count Dracula's Great Love Review

I have not seen since I was a teenager eager Elvira in the early '80s for his neck ... uh, something every weekend, as the film has prompted some schlocky fun. I got a kick out of seeing her again. I had forgotten how cool the opening and closing sequences have been on his show. I also forgot how extremely trivial and cheese, some of its segments were. It is a segment on "Cooking with Elvira who arrived here Schmalz takes on a new level.

The film was not badreality. This is a Spanish film of the early 70's by four women and a man, a horse drawn carriage ride through the Transylvanian Alps in summer. A wheel falls from the cart and you do not know which is the only place that can help bring the castle of Count Dracula. Of course I do not know, he's Count Dracula, think it's a doctor. So spend a few nights there (help is a long way). Of course, their numbers start decreasing pretty fast. Unfortunately, thesecond half of the film seems to lose its way, it's just rather boring. The end comes as a bit 'surprise, though - is the first time I saw him do a vampire! Overall, it has some nice topless gothic atmosphere and I think almost everyone here gets one point or another. They also wear these low-cut dresses throughout the movie showing lots of cleavage.

Regarding technical aspects, is an old restored print but is exactlyWhat would a movie + 30 years the Spanish expect Elvira's Movie Macabre show up. It 'absolutely spectacular, and I was really struck by the fact that as good as they saw it. Originally it was widescreen, but here we have a full screen. The header now shows the title as "Dracula UNT great love." The work of dubbing is pretty bad, I have a dialogue, was seen in better sync with the actors mouth during a Godzilla movie. However, I found it distracting at all. TheNarrator is a sort of mixture of the vampire Count Dracula comes out as more dangerous that the UN has ever seen, but most of the other characters (except for one girl) is pretty well done. And this is the full, uncut edition of the film, with all the nudity is still intact. Elvira Way to go! You really know how to show a guy a good time!

In general, I really enjoyed it. You have the option of the film, with or without Elvira, it was not only morethe show full of cheese with "The girl with curves that your nerves" Rattle want, you're always down a print rather than a funny movie as well.
